Inspired by aircraft cockpits, the BR01 Aviation collection keeps people guessing year-on-year: what will Bell & Ross do next?
We have so far had the Compass, the Radar, the Horizon, Altimeter and Turn Coordinator and 2013 will welcome the Airspeed (based on a anemometer), the Flight Compass (based on an gyrocompass) and the CLIMB (based on a variometer).
As is now the norm in the Bell & Ross Aviation collection, the dials are made up of three concentric discs, graduated for the hours and minutes, with the seconds displayed in the centre via a yellow marker. The 46mm black PVD case houses an ETA 2892 automatic calibre.
The trio of new watches – each following the graphic style of modern navigation instruments – are all available in limited editions of 999 pieces – the first 99 of each will be offered in a collector’s box containing all three plus the Horizon, Altimeter and Turn Coordinator.
