On Saturday 10th June ‘County Deer Stalking’ in association with the ‘Capreolus Club’ is delighted to extend a warm invitation to all of its readers, clients and their families to attend our first annual Clay shoot and BBQ.
The venue is the glorious Newington House, Oxfordshire OX10 7AG.
Newington House is an elegant and beautifully restored 17th century country house, set within 50 acres of grounds in one of the most unspoilt parts of Oxfordshire and is the perfect back drop for a day out with the family.
June can be a quiet month for deer stalkers, so why not take the opportunity to get the whole family involved. As well as being able to enjoy a summer BBQ , Children will be able to try out their skills and learn more about shooting on the airgun range, whilst readers and clients of County Deer Stalking and the Capreolus Club are invited to put away the rifle for a day and dust off the shotgun.
Experience the thrill of shooting in pairs, 2 different 50 bird flurries, driven clays speed overhead from all directions. Can you load fast enough and shoot straight enough when we turn up the speed? Trophies will be awarded to the best shot on the day.
Speaking on behalf of both County Deer Stalking and the Capreolus Club, I very much hope that you will join us for a terrific day out. Please just RSVP if you’d like to attend. The day is £45-00, family members are just £15-00 and the under 5’s go free. For members without shotguns a selection of guns will be available to use FOC. Arrival is from 11am - departure by 4pm.
