Nominate a Charity
- Wednesday, 02 February 2022
We invite UK Deer Stalkers to nominate their charity of choice.
Here at ‘County Deer Stalking & The Capreolus Club’ we have been going for quite a while, in fact, well over a decade. During that time we have grown beyond expectations.
Unlike many businesses and charities that have suffered during the pandemic, people’s desire to re-engage with the countryside, and the continued trend toward a more sustainable diet, means that we have fared better than most over the last couple of years.
In recognition of our success, we feel that we’d like to give something back and what better way to do this than by donating to charity?
New for 2022, we will soon be releasing details of a recommendation scheme for the proficient-deer-stalker-certificate that, with your help, will allow us to make regular donations to a charity, however, which charity is the question?
We want you, our readers to recommend a charity, one that is supportive of conservation, sustainability and our way of life.
Think planting trees, think animal welfare, think conservation, think green, think sustainable.
Whilst there are numerous reputable and very noble charities out there that contribute to a host of valuable causes, we want your suggestions to reflect our priorities as deer managers.
Once the votes are in, we’ll then aim to engage with our readers chosen charity and make regular donations.
As one of the UK’s most respected deer stalking providers and as a leading provider of deer management training, we are proud to be in a position to be able to give something back and are seeking your opinion about to whom we should make donations.
On behalf of County Deer Stalking & Capreolus Club Ltd may I thank you for taking the time to engage with us on this important and charitable venture.
