The following specially designed packages are developed to suit everyone from beginners to experienced deer stalkers. We have some fabulous estates over which you can stalk in Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Our estates feature all year round deer stalking for five of the UK's six species of deer (Roe, Fallow, Sika, Red & Muntjac). Bring your own rifle or use one of our quality estate rifles free of charge.

Introduction to Deer Stalking Package £249* 

This introductory package is ideal for anyone wishing to learn more about the basic principles of deer stalking. It includes tuition on safe rifle handling, practice shooting using full bore, deer calibre rifles at our full size deer targets, stalking techniques and a 2 hour guided stalk.

Beginners 2 stalk overnight HOTEL £575 or CAMP package £495 *

Join CDS for an extended stalking session covering an evening and morning stalk and stay overnight in one of Hampshire’s most idyllic settings.  Following the evening stalk there will be plenty of time to take a shower, relax, enjoy an evening meal in good company and chat about your experiences. 

Package includes:

-          2 hours of interactive teaching and tuition, including a session practicing both dry test firing & live firing of a full bore rifle on targets

-          Evening and Morning stalks

-          Cooked evening meal and English breakfast

-          Luxurious accommodation in 18th c barn with double room and en-suite. An exclusive, wonderfully converted 18c Barn, boasts an enormous sitting/dining area the full height of the barn and an extremely comfortable double bedroom suite for our guests. Flat screen TV, Wi-fi and a fully fitted out kitchen are all available to use.

Fly Fishing & Deer Stalking Package £399*

We are delighted to be able to offer an outings Deer Stalking, followed by a days Fly Fishing over some of Hampshires most exclusive waters, at the renowned Avington Fishery. 

The package includes a day's Rod Licence, Fly Fishing Tuition and equipment hire. NOTE: For already experienced fly fishers, who don’t require equipment hire and tuition, there is a reduction in cost.
